About

Hands-on engineering leadership, documented from the implementation layer.

I care about the seam between architecture intent and production reality: AI systems that behave under pressure, backend services that stay understandable, and cloud platforms that reduce operational drag instead of multiplying it.

What this site is for

This is the canonical home for my writing and the narrative layer around the projects that back it up. Long-form essays live here first. Project pages exist for shipped work with a real point of view, evidence, and a maintenance story.

The editorial line is deliberate: practical systems thinking, implementation detail, project tradeoffs, and engineering judgment rather than generic trend commentary.

What I write about

Expect essays on local LLMs, integration protocols, JVM and Kotlin backend work, cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and the kind of operational details that decide whether an architecture is elegant only on slides or robust in production.

Notes stay shorter and more tactical. Essays expand the reasoning. Project pages show the shipped systems, benchmarks, and tooling choices that give the writing teeth.
